Write a review (below) of the book (short or long, no matter) and I will send you a map I drew of Fog Island and post your review right here on this website. (Okay, okay: This writing business is tough, so what’s wrong with getting a little help along the way?)

Better yet, we will enter you to win a $50 gift certificate to L.L. Bean (where you can get gear–even preppy Briggs-like boat shoes if you like).  The drawing will be on 6/1/12.

Now before you go off and start scribbling like crazy, you have to ask your folks or your teacher for permission.  Mom does not want you “doing crazy things that your mother doesn’t know about like some people not to be mentioned.”

NOTE FOR PARENTS / EDUCATORS:
This is what my mom tells me to tell you: We will only ask for your kid’s first name and age and will only post that next to his or her review on this site.  We will take your name and mailing address so we can send out a map and enter you for the big prize in June.  We will in no way use, sell, or otherwise mess with your address. That’s a promise.
